Restaurant General Manager
We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Restaurant General Manager Compensation & Benefits
• $75,000-$80,000 base salary

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications / Responsibilities
• Full-service restaurant management experience required
• General Manager experience preferred
• Catering experience required
• Lead all front and back of house operations
• Manage hiring, training, coaching, and development of team members
• Drive guest satisfaction and service standards
• Maintain labor, food cost, and controllable expenses
• Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and financial performance
• Experience with P&L management and achieving profitability goals
• Foster a positive culture built on accountability and teamwork
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards are maintained
• Passion for craft cocktails and beverage programs is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment and lead by example
