Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee and run daily operations of the restaurant
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the staff team
- High level of financial responsibility and accountability
- Adhere to the highest standards in guest experience, health, and sanitation
- Ability to demonstrate and live the mission and core values in daily interactions
Assistant General Manager Requirements:
- 4+ years as a full-service AGM in a high volume environment
- Must have experience with corporate systems and background with strong tenure working for reputable large upscale restaurant groups
- Strong leadership ability; flexibility and adaptability to lead a team to a successful new restaurant launch
- Highly skilled at financials, managing costs & labor, and setting up effective systems
- High level of knowledge of health and sanitation codes, labor laws in California
- Strong commitment to diversity & inclusion, high level of comfortability with language around these issues
- Solution orientated, passionate about growing with a dynamic young company
