Assistant General Manager – Full-Service Restaurant
We're looking for a hands-on Assistant General Manager to help lead the daily operations of a high-volume, full-service restaurant. This role partners with the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, develop the team, and achieve operational and financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
- Ensure excellent food quality, service, and hospitality.
- Help manage labor, food and beverage costs, scheduling, and inventory.
- Resolve guest concerns and maintain company standards.
- Support sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
