Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of FULL SERVICE restaurant management experience overseeing FOH /BOH operations
- Union experience is required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred!
- Strong knowledge of labor management, inventory control, food safety, sanitation, and restaurant financials
- Proven leadership experience hiring, training, coaching, and developing hourly staff and supervisors
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
- Monitor P&L performance, manage budgets, oversee cash handling, and implement strategies to improve profitability
- Manage purchasing, inventory counts, vendor relationships, and ordering to maintain appropriate stock levels while controlling costs
- Partner with marketing and leadership teams to support promotions, special events, and local business growth initiatives
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Build strong guest relationships by resolving concerns, maintaining high service standards, and creating an exceptional dining experience
- Experience working in high-volume, full-service restaurant or hospitality environments with strong operational standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a collaborative leadership style and a passion for guest satisfaction
