Group Sales Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous sales experience within a hotel, resort, conference center, or hospitality environment
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and generate group business
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Experience preparing proposals, contracts, and coordinating event details with multiple departments
Group Sales Manager Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience in luxury, upscale, or destination resort hospitality
- Track record of achieving sales goals and growing group revenue
- Familiarity with CRM, sales, and property management systems
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
