Multi-Unit Operations Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 5–6 years of proven success overseeing multiple locations within a full-service, casual dining environment with bar operations
- Strong foundation in team leadership, business operations, and effective communication
- Leadership: Energetic and personable, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and elevate high-performing teams
- Business Acumen: Proficient in managing P&L performance with a results-driven, growth-focused approach
- People-Focused Mindset: Passionate about coaching, developing, and motivating others
- Strong analytical thinking and sound decision-making abilities
Multi-Unit Operations Manager Preferred Skills:
- Proven ability to attract, hire, and retain top talent
- Experience leveraging training programs and tools to drive team performance and consistency
Multi-Unit Operations Manager Must Haves:
- Effective delegation skills with strong follow-through and accountability
- Solid understanding of labor regulations, health and safety standards, food handling practices, and alcohol compliance
- Experience managing employee performance, including coaching, feedback, and corrective action
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours), with physical capability to reach, bend, and perform routine operational tasks
