- Proven experience in hotel sales, catering, or event management
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Solid contract negotiation abilities
Catering Sales Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Sell events by attracting and soliciting new and returning clients
- Partner closely with the property Director and General Manager to drive revenue
- Negotiate contracts and finalize event details with clients
- Conduct property tours and client meetings to showcase event capabilities
- Coordinate seamlessly with the event team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experiences
