Assistant Director of Nursing Requirements and Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 2+ years of nursing experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of medication administration, healthcare compliance, and clinical documentation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Assistant Director of Nursing Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, psychiatric, or adolescent healthcare settings
- Familiarity with state licensing standards, accreditation requirements, and quality assurance processes
- Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating multidisciplinary care
- Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced or crisis-oriented environments
