General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience as a general manager in a full-service restaurant
- Annual sales volume experience of $4 million or higher
- Stable work history — no more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years
- High energy with a passionate, hands-on leadership style
General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of a lively, upscale casual dining and entertainment venue
- Build, train, and motivate a team to deliver top-notch guest experiences
- Ensure financial targets and service standards are consistently met
- Partner with ownership on marketing initiatives and operational improvements
