Chef Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Proven ability to interact professionally with high-level clientele.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a positive, team-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with colleagues at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Chef Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience working in boutique, upscale, or low-volume hospitality concepts.
- Comfortable adapting to both kitchen and guest-facing responsibilities.
Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Prepare and present creative, high-quality dishes in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
- Assist with all aspects of service, including running food and engaging with guests.
- Contribute to a supportive, all-hands-on-deck culture by helping both FOH and BOH as needed.
- Maintain a polished, professional presence in both guest and team interactions.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail throughout all service periods.
