Area Director of Operations Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee 5–7 restaurant locations with operational and financial accountability
- Drive profitability through sales growth, labor optimization, and cost control
- Analyze weekly financial performance and develop improvement action plans
- Lead monthly General Manager meetings and training initiatives
- Dedicate one weekend day per week to restaurant-level operational oversight
Area Director of Operations Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience
- 2–5+ years in multi-unit management required
- Strong P&L management, forecasting, and financial analysis skills
- Experience in high-volume QSR or fast-paced restaurant environments
- Proven ability to develop and retain leadership talent
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong accountability focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant operational technology
