Chef Requirements & Qualifications
- Open availability, including weekends
- Experience in small-team or boutique kitchen settings
- Passion for direct guest service; role is guest-facing with no separate service staff
- Proven track record of high-quality, chef-driven cuisine
Chef Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with vegetarian or wellness-focused cuisine
- Interest in menu innovation and seasonal/local ingredient use
- Background in bakery, patisserie, or similar environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Prepare and plate high-quality dishes with a focus on presentation and guest satisfaction
- Personally serve food and engage with guests, delivering a memorable experience
- Collaborate with head chef and team on menu planning and daily execution
- Support the growth of catering and events, bringing creativity to new offerings
- Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and food safety in a boutique setting
