Director of Food & Beverage Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of progressive resort food and beverage leadership
- Stable work history in an upscale Resort.
- Superior time management skills with experience overseeing multiple teams, outlets, and departments
- Proficiency with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing tools / Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Able to work in a Hands-on environment at a fast pace.
- Deep understanding of F&B preparation techniques, health department, and liquor law regulations
Director of Food & Beverage Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee all food and beverage outlets and activities to ensure timely execution and exceptional guest experiences
- Lead departmental budgeting and regularly monitor financial performance
- Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring operations remain competitive and profitable
- Uphold and improve quality standards across service and product offerings
