Casino Resort Leadership Opportunity | Relocation Available
A premier Midwest casino resort is seeking a Director of Front of House Operations to lead service execution, guest experience, and operational performance across multiple dining, beverage, and event venues.
Reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage, this leader will serve as the primary authority for Front-of-House operations property-wide, coaching leadership teams and elevating service standards across the resort.
What You’ll Lead
- Multiple restaurant and bar concepts
- Banquet and event operations
- High-volume casino guest service environments
- Front-of-house leadership teams across the property
You will serve as the operational driver behind service excellence — coaching leaders, elevating standards, and ensuring unforgettable guest experiences across the resort.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and elevate FOH operations across all F&B outlets
- Develop and coach managers and supervisors
- Establish consistent service standards property-wide
- Drive guest satisfaction and service recovery initiatives
- Partner with culinary, hotel, and entertainment teams
- Support major events, promotions, and outlet initiatives
- Build accountability, training, and leadership culture
What We’re Looking For
- Multi-unit restaurant, hotel, resort, or casino F&B leadership experience
- Proven success leading management teams
- Strong operational and guest experience focus
- Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence
- Passion for hospitality and team development
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $100,000 – $110,000
