What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new commercial insurance accounts
- Build trusted relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
- Assess client exposures and design tailored coverage strategies
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and bind coverage
- Collaborate with internal service and account management teams to support ongoing client needs
- Ensure compliance with carrier guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within AMS360
What We’re Looking For
- Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty License (Rhode Island license a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of personal lines sales experience
- Experience working with small to mid-market accounts
- Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management systems
- Knowledge of insurance products including GL, BOP, contractors, hospitality, business auto, and commercial property
