Restaurant Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and ensure an exceptional experience for both guests and team members. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who is willing to work alongside their team, maintain high operational standards, and drive restaurant performance through effective leadership, organization, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
- Manage food ordering, inventory levels, and cost controls.
- Monitor labor costs and scheduling to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Handle administrative paperwork, reporting, and operational documentation.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and excellence.
- Assist team members in all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining room, and cash register as needed.
- Support recruiting, training, and retention efforts.
Guest Experience
- Ensure every guest receives exceptional service.
- Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a welcoming and clean dining environment.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Spanish-speaking skills are helpful but not required.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $48,000 – $56,000 annually
- Quarterly performance-based bonus opportunity

- Generous Paid Time Off:
- 2 weeks annually
- 3 weeks annually after 6 years of service

Schedule
- Target schedule of approximately 45–50 hours per week
