The Role
We're looking for a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and set the tone for everything we do. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and wants more than a job title — they want ownership.
There's a clear path to a VP of Operations role for the right person as the company scales. If you're looking for a place to grow, this is it.
What You'll Do
- Own daily operations — staffing, scheduling, inventory, quality, and guest experience
- Hire, train, and develop a team that shares your standards
- Maintain consistent hospitality and product quality across every shift
- Identify and fix operational gaps; build systems that hold up as the business grows
- Work closely with ownership on culture, strategy, and long-term goals
- Be the operational leader your team looks to and the face customers remember
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years in retail or hospitality management with direct team leadership experience
- A genuine love for hospitality — you care about the experience you're creating
- Experience in a startup, independent, or scrappy environment — you know how to figure things out
- An ownership mindset — you treat the business like it's yours
- Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure
- Coffee experience is a plus, not a requirement
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary: $90,000–$110,000
