Regional Culinary Director Qualifications
- Must have at least 10 years of progressive experience in the industry and at least 5 years as an Executive Chef – multi-restaurant oversight is required
- Strong and proven leadership qualities: coach mentality, lead by example, uphold restaurant standards, clear and direct, communicator, a trainer with a coaching mentality, maintain a high rate of staff retention
- Ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships – attitude and drive are everything
- A positive mindset to build a cohesive team in a fun work environment
- Passionate about being the best and developing those around you
- Active ServSafe certification
Regional Culinary Director Responsibilities
- Exceed the expectations of every guest every time – we focus on quality and our team
- Train, coach, and direct – set the bar high, set goals to exceed, and be the best
- Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable and thoroughly training and supporting individuals
- Control all costs and manage high standards of service while paying acute attention to the details
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal, restaurant, and event menus
