Assistant General Manager – Full-Service Restaurant

What You'll Do
- Support daily restaurant operations and lead shifts alongside the General Manager
- Coach and develop team members to deliver outstanding service
- Ensure excellent guest experiences and resolve concerns promptly
- Help manage labor, food costs, and overall operational performance
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and service execution
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and team engagement
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate teams and lead by example
- Understanding of restaurant operations and financial performance
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
