Growing upscale restaurant group is seeking a capable and energetic Chef de Cuisine to lead our talented Alpharetta kitchen. If you have the drive to learn, lead, develop, and be mentored into a long-term position with our growing local group of upscale restaurants.
Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities:
- Overseeing food preparation
- Exhibit culinary talents by personally performing day-to-day tasks, leading the staff, and managing all food-related functions
- Ensure exceptional quality of all ingredients, preparation, and planting of food items
- Instill and nourish high morale and team player mentality in staff
Chef de Cuisine Requirements:
- Culinary Degree Preferred – not required
- Experience in Upscale/Fine Dining
- Experience managing people as an empathetic, yet firm and fair leader
- A minimum of 2 years as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a full-service, upscale, scratch kitchen environment
- Previous experience in high-volume restaurants with a sales volume of $6 Million plus
- Adept at managing costs to achieve financial goals
- Ability to train, develop, and motivate a team
