Our Regional Executive Chef Has:
- Must have at least 6+ years of progressive experience in the industry and at least 3 years as a Multi-Unit Executive Chef – multi-unit oversight is required
- Scratch kitchen leadership experience – event/banquet experience is important
- Strong and proven leadership qualities: coach mentality, leading by example, upholding restaurant standards, clear and direct communicator, a trainer with a coaching mentality, and maintaining a high rate of staff retention
- Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships – attitude and drive are everything
