Seeking a polished, strategic, and relationship-driven professional to lead membership growth and engagement at an exclusive, ultra-luxury private social club. The Membership Director will serve as the face of the club, cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals and ensuring an exceptional, personalized member experience.
Membership Director Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract, retain, and engage high-net-worth members.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and current members, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Oversee the membership sales process, from initial inquiry to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Collaborate with club leadership to define membership tiers, benefits, and engagement programs.
- Maintain and analyze membership data, sales metrics, and trends to inform strategy.
- Represent the club at external events, networking functions, and private gatherings.
- Ensure all membership communications reflect the brand’s luxury image and high service standards.
- Lead and mentor membership team members, fostering a culture of excellence and discretion.
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and events teams to deliver exceptional member experiences.
- Manage budgets related to membership marketing, events, and initiatives.
Membership Director Qualifications:
- Proven track record in luxury membership sales, private clubs, or high-end hospitality.
