Requirements for Engineering Manager
- Proactive in fixing a problem before it is a problem
- Ability to follow a budget, and make financially sound decisions independently
- Passionate about construction and maintenance with a positive outlook
- Excellent communicator – both verbally and written – and a team player
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and creating preventative maintenance programs
- Preferred to have experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, kitchens
- Preferred to have a maintenance background in hospitality
- Solution-oriented
