We are currently looking for a Director of Marketing to join our corporate team!
Director of Marketing Responsibilities:
- Brand & Experience Stewardship: Define and evolve the brand identity by ensuring a "customer-first" mindset is reflected across all guest touchpoints, visual merchandising, and core value integration.
- Strategic Marketing & Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team to execute integrated, data-driven campaigns that drive cup growth, manage the annual marketing calendar, and maximize ROI across digital and community channels.
- Product & Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with R&D, Finance, and Operations to lead product innovation from pilot to rollout, ensuring all initiatives are operationally feasible and aligned with broader business goals.
- Digital & AI Innovation: Drive the adoption of emerging marketing technologies and AI-driven tools to enhance personalization, automate content strategies, and improve guest retention through predictive analytics.
Director of Marketing Requirements:
- Proven Marketing Leadership: Requires 4+ years of progressive experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or retail, with a demonstrated ability to scale brands and translate high-level vision into results-driven campaigns.
- Technical & Digital Expertise: Strong proficiency in managing omnichannel strategies, including digital marketing, social media, CRM platforms, and loyalty programs to map and enhance the customer journey.
- Strategic & Data-Driven Mindset: A results-oriented professional who uses data and consumer insights to build actionable plans, manage complex priorities, and oversee execution from strategy through launch.
- People-First Leadership Style: An emotionally intelligent and adaptable leader who excels at storytelling, building cross-functional trust, and fostering a collaborative team culture in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
