Qualifications for the Business Development Manager:
- A player with 5+ years of direct sales experience within the banking or financial services industry
- Cross-border payment and FX collections knowledge and experience are a huge plus.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CTP, or similar.
- Experience in the fintech sector or with cross-border payment and FX trading platforms.

- Own the sales process from end to end
- Create a sales strategy, implement it, and build the sales function end-to-end.
