Catering Sales Manager
Location: Hybrid
Reports To: VP of Operations
About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Catering Growth Lead to build and scale our catering business as a key revenue channel. This role is responsible for generating new accounts, growing B2B relationships, increasing average order value, and driving measurable catering revenue across the portfolio. The position also supports new restaurant openings by establishing early catering traction and local partnerships. This role combines sales execution, operational coordination, and performance tracking to ensure sustainable growth aligned with store capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new catering sales through proactive outreach to businesses, recurring accounts, and community partners
- Convert inbound catering inquiries into confirmed, profitable orders
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline with tracking, follow-up, and performance metrics
- Increase order value through strategic package positioning and pricing optimization
- Oversee catering workflows from inquiry to fulfillment, including order coordination, invoicing, and documentation
- Partner with Operations to align catering volume with store capacity
- Collaborate with Marketing to convert demand into sales and share client feedback insights
- Track and report key metrics including revenue, margins, conversion rates, and repeat business
- Support catering growth within new restaurant openings
Qualifications
- Experience in catering sales or foodservice sales with revenue responsibility
- Multi-unit restaurant or catering experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage contracts, invoices, and event details
- Familiarity with POS and sales tracking systems
- Proven ability to build and maintain a sales pipeline
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends
