A newly remodeled, high-volume upscale restaurant in Granada Hills is entering an exciting new chapter with a refreshed culinary direction and elevated beverage program. The leadership team is seeking an experienced Senior Beverage Manager to refine bar operations, elevate service standards, and help drive operational excellence. The Senior Beverage Manager will be a key front-of-house leader with primary responsibility for bar performance, beverage quality, cost control, and team development. This role is ideal for a polished hospitality professional who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Senior Beverage Manager Benefits/Compensation
- $85,000–$90,000 annual salary

Senior Beverage Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and elevate bar operations to support a modern, upscale dining experience
- Oversee beverage inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and cost control
- Train, coach, and hold bartenders accountable to elevated service standards
- Partner with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless peak-period execution
- Support overall front-of-house leadership and daily service performance
Senior Beverage Manager Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of bar management or beverage leadership in upscale/high-volume settings
- Strong operational background including inventory management, scheduling, and labor oversight
- Proven ability to mentor, develop, and inspire bar and FOH teams
- Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service practices
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and closing shifts
