What You’ll Do
- Lead all daily operations of a dynamic, high-volume venue that blends food, beverage, and interactive entertainment
- Build and inspire a team culture rooted in hospitality, energy, and genuine connection
- Ensure seamless service flow between dining, bar, and gaming areas
- Partner with culinary, beverage, and events teams to elevate the guest journey
- Manage financial performance, cost controls, and team development
- Represent the brand with authenticity and enthusiasm — both in-house and in the community
Who You Are
- A seasoned General Manager with 5+ years of leadership in upscale, high-volume or experiential hospitality environments
- Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through food, service, and atmosphere
- Skilled in driving revenue, managing $8M–$10M+ annual volume, and leading large teams
- Energetic, polished, and people-focused — equally comfortable engaging with guests or strategizing with ownership
- Excited by innovation, team culture, and building something truly special
