What You'll Learn

What You'll Do

• Conduct outbound prospecting and business development activities

• Build relationships with prospective clients

• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions

• Learn and obtain your Property & Casualty insurance license (full support provided)

• Manage a growing pipeline using CRM technology

• Participate in ongoing coaching and development

• Work closely with leadership to accelerate growth and performance
