Sales Account Executive – Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous sales, account management, customer service, or business development experience required
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Strong organizational and forecasting capabilities
- Ability to travel up to 40% as needed for customer visits and business development activities

Sales Account Executive – Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience within manufacturing, automotive, industrial, or OEM supply chain environments
- MBA or 10+ years of professional experience in sales, manufacturing, customer relations, or business development
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APQP, and PPAP processes
- Experience preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and customer growth plans
- Ability to manage complex customer relationships and identify revenue growth opportunities
- Strong negotiation and business development skills
- Experience collaborating with operations, production, and customer service teams to ensure successful project execution
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and profitability goals
