Requirements & Must Haves
- 2–3 years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant
- Proven ability to drive top-line sales through marketing, promotions, and guest engagement
- Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort using multiple systems
- Hands-on operator with a “kind but fair” leadership style; able to hold teams accountable
- Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency and operational standards
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
- Build, train, and motivate a strong FOH and BOH team
- Ensure consistency in service, execution, and systems
- Drive sales growth while maintaining profitability and guest satisfaction
