Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and manage customer orders through ERP system
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain CRM with accurate customer data and updates
- Achieve weekly and quarterly sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Coordinate with sales, fulfillment, and delivery teams to ensure timely order completion
Inside Sales Representative Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspace
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational communication skills
