Property Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of property management experience, ideally with short-term rentals or vacation properties
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays on-call
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience with property management software is a plus
Property Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Hospitality experience, especially in guest-facing roles
- Demonstrated interest in learning and career growth
- Passion for guest and owner service
- Ability to demonstrate reliability and commitment over time
Property Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and logistics for assigned short-term rental properties
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and vendor services to ensure high-quality standards
- Communicate directly with guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Schedule and track property inspections, maintaining accurate records and reports
- Monitor booking performance and assist with pricing strategies
- Work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely care and upkeep of all properties
