Upscale Entertainment & Dining Venue | High-Volume Concept
Are you a bold, high-energy culinary leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? We’re seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen at a vibrant, upscale entertainment destination where elevated cuisine meets a fun, dynamic atmosphere.
This is not your traditional restaurant role — we combine exceptional food, craft beverages, and unforgettable guest experiences under one roof. We need a chef who can match that energy with strong leadership, operational excellence, and culinary creativity.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a large BOH team in a high-volume setting
- Create and execute high-quality, innovative menus
- Maintain exceptional food presentation and consistency
- Drive food cost control, labor management, and inventory systems
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience
- Proven success in high-volume, upscale operations (required)
- Active ServSafe Manager Certification (required)
- Strong financial acumen (food cost, labor, P&L management)
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to energize a team
