A growing physician-owned specialty medical practice is seeking an experienced Practice Administrator to lead operations across multiple locations and serve as a key partner to ownership.
This role is ideal for a healthcare leader who enjoys balancing operations, team leadership, financial management, and strategic business support in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
What You'll Do
• Oversee daily operations across multiple outpatient offices
• Lead administrative and clinical support teams
• Manage payroll, accounts payable, and financial reporting
• Partner with ownership on business performance and growth initiatives
• Develop monthly KPI reports and executive summaries
• Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and employment regulations
• Improve workflows and operational efficiency throughout the practice
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of healthcare practice management experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience with payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting
• QuickBooks proficiency
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in a multi-provider or multi-site environment preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation & Benefits
• $80,000-$100,000 base salary
