This is a great opportunity for a high-level high-volume Casual Full-Service Restaurant General Manager to join a long-standing beer-centric concept, where you can employ your leadership skills, experience, and know-how. You MUST have a high volume full-service background in the NYC market as well as a strong financial acumen, and a passion for food and beer. Does this sound like you? We are a group that has 15 existing locations and then 10 more on the books in the next two years. This position will turn into a Director of Operations so we offer excellent growth potential. Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience as a General Manager
- Good Tenure
- Strong and proven leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment – extensive experience with NYC clientele required
- Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships
- Passionate, patient, and persistent personality
