Full-Service Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
-Works side by side with the Culinary Manager to ensure efficiency
-Executes systems that keep cost-effective results in place
-Develops and trains staff members while building a positive culture
-Communicates effectively with team and supervisors
Full-Service Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
-Must have experience in a high-volume full-service setting
-Past experience with Irish cuisine a plus but not mandatory
-The ability to multi-task and listen
– Must be able to work in a team setting
