Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- Prior GM experience of at least 3 years
- Prior experience in a full-service dining environment
- Great personality with high energy and positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and a hands-on management mindset
- Experience in high volume setting-between $3-$5 million
- A good understanding of company culture and taking care of employees
