High-performing retail organization seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead multiple locations, drive sales growth, and ensure operational excellence across the region.
Area Manager Requirements
- 3–5+ years multi-unit retail leadership
- OR 5–7+ years progressive store leadership ready for multi-site scope
- Proven track record driving sales performance and profitability
- Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills
- Ability to analyze KPIs and execute performance strategies
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Area Manager Responsibilities
- Own regional sales and profit performance (monthly & annual goals)
- Lead and develop General Managers and store leadership teams
- Drive KPIs including conversion, AOV, margin, attachment, close rate, and UPT
- Ensure operational consistency, merchandising standards, and inventory accuracy
- Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition on hiring, training, and performance management
- Champion a guest-first culture and execute promotions and initiatives flawlessly
