Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years+ high-level Restaurant Manager or AGM experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Manage financials, budgets, and cost controls
- Build and maintain a strong, positive culture for staff and guests
- Uphold high standards for food quality and service
- Solve problems quickly and effectively
- Drive continuous improvement and business growth
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- New restaurant opening experience is a plus
- Experience in sports-driven or entertainment-focused concepts
- Background managing $6M+ in annual revenue
- Strong tenure and career stability
- Community-rooted leadership style
