Store Manager – Benefits & Compensation

Store Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail leadership experience in luxury or premium fashion
- Strong understanding of the quiet luxury customer
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and manage KPIs
- Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in a startup, growth-focused environment
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a strong plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Shopify POS experience preferred
- Availability for weekends and a 40-hour work week
Store Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with Shopify POS

Store Manager – Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Drive top-line sales growth and store profitability for the U.S. flagship
- Lead, develop, and motivate a client-focused sales team
- Translate business strategy into daily sales goals and in-store execution
- Build and retain a loyal clientele through exceptional clienteling and relationship building
- Analyze KPIs and store performance metrics to optimize results
- Oversee store operations, inventory planning, and expense control
- Organize client events and support influencer activations
- Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering an elevated client experience
