Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and mentor floor and bar staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Assist the General Manager with ordering, inventory, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Oversee daily floor operations with composure during high-volume service.
- Manage the beverage program and eventually handle beverage ordering (excluding wine).
- Maintain fine dining service standards and stepped service protocols.
- Perform administrative tasks including Excel-based reporting and analysis.
- Support the General Manager with additional duties to ensure smooth operations.
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale-casual restaurant with full bar operations (wine, beer, spirits).
- Fine dining servers or bartenders looking to transition into leadership are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with upscale local or regional restaurant groups preferred.
- Proven ability to stay calm and lead effectively during high-volume service.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and detail-oriented skills.
- Proficiency with Excel; financial reporting and inventory analysis experience preferred.
- Passion for hospitality and commitment to exceptional service.
- Experience with Toast POS.
