Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of restaurant management experience (scratch kitchen experience preferred)
- Bilingual abilities
- Hospitality degree is a plus
- ServeSafe certification (or willingness to obtain quickly)
- Open availability, including days, nights, and weekends
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in high-volume restaurant settings
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage pressure effectively
