Restaurant Manager – New Scratch Kitchen Opening | Orland Park, IL
A brand-new, full-service scratch kitchen is opening in Orland Park, and we’re looking for a strong, floor-driven Restaurant Manager to help lead the launch. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an opening team and step into a high-visibility leadership role with a growing organization.
We’re targeting a hands-on leader who thrives in high-volume environments, understands scratch operations, and knows how to build culture while driving results.
What You’ll Own:
- Lead from the floor and set the standard for hospitality and execution
- Drive daily operations, staffing, and shift performance
- Coach and develop a high-energy front-of-house team
- Support cost controls, labor management, and overall financial performance
- Ensure consistent food quality and guest experience in a scratch kitchen environment
- Maintain strong operational and health & safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- Stable career progression and strong leadership presence
- Experience in scratch or quality-driven concepts preferred
- Strong operational discipline with a guest-first mindset
- A leader who builds teams, not just schedules shifts
Compensation & Benefits:
- $65,000 base salary
- 10% performance bonus
