- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Restaurant Multi-Unit Manager, overseeing 4–6 locations (QSR/fast casual/food court environments)
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
- High energy, dedication, and adaptability
Multi-Unit Restaurant Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of multiple restaurant operations within the location
