We are a Luxury hotel group in search of a personable and professional Reservations Manager experienced in call center systems and leading a team. This is an onsite position in Middletown, RI. If you are a great collaborator and a detailed hospitality and systems trainer, apply today!
Reservations Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years in hotel operations in reservations or front desk
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Experience with Reservations systems or call center operations
- Experience with rate management for independent hotels preferred
- Excellent data analytics skills
- Experience working with OTAs preferred
- Computer savvy and familiar with many software systems, a quick learner of new programs
Reservations Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage the reservations call center team with integrity and consistency
- Work with sales, revenue, and operations leaders to determine the best rate for properties and room types
- Handle guest escalations with confidence, professionalism, personability, and integrity
- Regularly visit hotels in the portfolio to understand the properties, meet with GMs and local reservations managers, and collaborate on reservations and rate management
- Other duties as assigned
