Are you a proven leader who thrives in the field, understands people and equipment, and knows how to run a tight operation day in and day out? We’re looking for a Maintenance Operations Manager ready to take full ownership of a landscape maintenance operation and deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Do
- Lead daily landscape maintenance operations for the McHenry branch
- Manage supervisors, foremen, and crews to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality work
- Oversee scheduling, routing, and ticket execution using Aspire
- Align labor, equipment, and materials to meet operational goals
- Coordinate fleet usage, preventative maintenance, and equipment readiness
- Solve real-time challenges such as weather, staffing, and client needs
- Hold teams accountable to quality, safety, and performance standards
- Partner with leadership and account teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes
This is a hands-on leadership role—you’ll be visible in the field, engaged with your team, and accountable for results.
What You Bring
- Deep experience in commercial landscape maintenance
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to build high-performing teams
- Exceptional organization and decision-making skills
- Comfort managing crews, routes, equipment, and timelines
- Experience with Aspire or similar operational systems
- Pride in running a disciplined, efficient operation
