We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for the implementation and execution of all employee life cycle policies and procedures. Having prior experience in a restaurant setting – restaurant, hotel, or venue – is a must and non-negotiable. The ability to speak and understand Spanish is also a requirement for this role. HR Manager Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of previous Human Resource Management experience, preferably as a Generalist.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred. Any formal HR certifications are welcome.
- Ability to support processing payroll
- Previous experience working with a restaurant concept, hotel, or hospitality venue is a must.
- Being bilingual in Spanish is essential.
