We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and support a customer service team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role oversees daily operations, domestic and international order processing, and cross-functional coordination to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and coach Customer Service Representatives
- Oversee order management, quotes, and timely shipping
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Shipping, and Quality teams
- Manage international customer and distributor relationships
- Handle international orders, documentation, and shipping coordination
- Monitor customer issues, returns, and initial complaint resolution
- Maintain departmental procedures, organization, and supplies
- Provide hands-on support for order entry and customer inquiries as needed
Qualifications
- Prior customer service leadership experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred
- Knowledge of international shipping and documentation a plus
