Associate Attorney Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of civil litigation experience
- Insurance defense or general liability experience preferred
- Strong writing, deposition, and case management skills
- Ability to independently manage files
- Motivated, strategic, and proactive mindset
Associate Attorney Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in general liability, premises liability, or construction defect litigation
Associate Attorney Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Independently manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Handle motion practice, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and reports
- Communicate directly with clients, carriers, experts, and opposing counsel
- Develop litigation strategy and proactively manage files
